PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 litres milk in a heavy pot, add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and stir well.
2. Stir continuously on low heat till the milk curdles.
3. Take a bowl, place a stainer on it and place a muslin cloth on top of it.
4. Pour the milk mixture on it and squeeze it well, so all the water goes out.
5. Now, wash it with water and squeeze again.
6. Place this into a skillet and break it into pieces.
7. Saute on low heat till it turns golden brown in color.
8. Add 1 tablespoon ghee and mix it well.
9. Then, add 70 grams sugar, 1 tablespoon milk and mix until the sugar melts completely.
10. Add 1 tablespoon milk and mix it well.
11. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on low heat.
12. Remove it from heat and transfer it to a blender.
13. Blend well into a fine powder.
14. Now, add the blended mixture into a another skillet, add 45 milliliters milk and stir well.
15. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.
16. Add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.
17. Remove it from heat and transfer the mixture into a bowl.
18. Take some mixture in your hand and shape it into a peda.
19. Then, roll it on powdered sugar.
20. Serve or store in a refrigerator for a week.

Milk powder - 280 grams
