INGREDIENTS
Sugar - 200 grams
Water - 350 milliliters
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Bread slices
Raisins
Milk - 60 milliliters

 

PREPARATION


1. In a deep pan, add 200 grams sugar, 350 milliliters water, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and then sugar syrup will start to boil.
2. Take bread slices and remove the brown edges using a sharp knife.
3. Crumble bread slices into large mixing bowl
4. Add 60 milliliters milk and knead to smooth dough.
5. Take a small portion of dough and make a small balls.
6. Stuff one raisin inside the ball.
7. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
8. Transfer it to a sugar syrup bowl and rest for 30 minutes.
9. Serve.
