Milk - 2 litres
Sugar - 100 grams
Cashews - 20 grams
Almonds - 20 grams
Pistachio - 20 grams
Saffron - 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 Litres milk in a heavy pot, add 100 grams Sugar and mix well. Boil till the milk get thickens.
2. Add 20 grams cashew, 20 grams almonds, 20 grams pistachio, 1/4 teaspoon saffron and mix well to combine.
3. Take a bread slice and cut it into a circle shape with the help of small bowl.
4. Take round bread and dip it in rasmalai. Take out the dipped bread in a serving plate and pour some rasmalai from top.
5. Garnish with almonds.
6. Serve and enjoy.
