 Brownie Christmas Trees

INGREDIENTS

Water - 600 milliliters

Dark chocolate - 200 grams

Butter - 200 grams

Brown sugar - 155 grams

Eggs - 3

All purpose flour - 155 grams

Cocoa powder - 25 grams

White chocolate chips - 100 grams

Wafer roll stick

Whipped cream

Sprinkles

PREPARATION

1. Heat 600 milliliters water in a pan, place a bowl on top of it.

2. Add 200 grams dark chocolate, 200 grams butter and mix it well until the chocolate melts completely.

3. Transfer this into a bowl.

4. Add 155 grams brown sugar, 3 eggs and mix it well.

5. Now, add 155 grams all purpose flour, 25 grams cocoa powder and mix it well again to make a thick batter.

6. Then, add 110 grams white chocolate chips and mix it well.

7. Transfer this into a baking dish.

8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes.

9. Cut it into triangle shapes.

10. Attach the wafer roll stick inside the brownie to make a Christmas tree.

11. Top with whipped cream.

12. Decorate the brownie with sugar star and sprinkles.

13. Serve and enjoy!
