Cranberry Bread

INGREDIENTS
Yogurt - 125 milliliters
Eggs - 3
Sugar - 250 grams
Canola oil - 125 milliliters
All purpose flour - 375 grams
Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Cranberries - 100 grams

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 125 milliliters yogurt, 3 eggs, 250 grams sugar, 125 milliliters canola oil and mix well.
2. Add 375 grams all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons baking powder and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan, add 100 grams cranberries.
4. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
5. Cool completely in the pan. Cut it into slices.
6. Serve and enjoy.
