Easy Walnut Brownie 

Servings - 3 - 5

INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour - 200 grams

Cocoa powder - 125 grams

Walnuts - 80 grams

Melted dark chocolate - 250 grams

Coffee powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon

Eggs - 6

Powdered sugar - 120 grams

Powdered brown sugar - 150 grams

Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon

Butter - 150 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 125 grams cocoa powder, 80 grams walnuts and mix it well. Keep aside.

2. In a another mixing bowl, add 250 grams melted dark chocolate, 1 1/2 teaspoons coffee powder, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and mix it well. Keep aside.

3. In a another mixing bowl, add 6 eggs and whisk it well.

4. Then, add 120 grams powdered sugar, 150 grams powdered brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix it well.

5. Add 150 grams butter and mix it again.

6. Now, add the prepared chocolate mixture and mix it well.

7. Add the prepared flour mixture and whisk it well to make a thick batter.

8. Transfer this batter into a baking tray.

9. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.

10. Remove it from oven and allow it to cool.

11. Cut it into pieces.

12. Garnish with maple syrup.

13. Serve.
