Eggless Chocolate Brownies

INGREDIENTS
Dark chocolate - 240 grams
Water - 190 milliliters
Butter - 150 grams
Powdered sugar - 40 grams
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Condensed milk - 400 grams
All purpose flour - 280 grams
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Walnuts - to taste

 

PREPARATION


1. Take a pan, add 240 grams dark chocolate, 190 milliliters water and heat until the chocolate melts. Stir well to get a smooth sauce and keep aside to cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams butter, 40 grams powdered sugar and beat well until smooth and creamy.
3. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 400 grams condensed milk and beat again for 3 - 5 minutes.
4. Then add the melted chocolate in it and mix it again.
5. Now, add 280 grams all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda and beat well until all the flour is mixed into the liquid.
6. Pour the batter into the baking dish and make the batter uniform. Scatter walnuts over it.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 40 minutes.
8. Cut it into desired shape.
9. Serve.
