Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour - 310 grams

Baking powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Butter - 100 grams

Honey - 2 teaspoons

Butter milk - 220 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

2. Now, roll the dough onto a floured surface and roll it into a rough rectangle, about an inch thick. Fold it over and gently roll it down again. Repeat this process for 4 - 5 times.

3. Cut out the round shapes from it.

4. Place it on a baking tray.

5. Preheat the oven to 390°F/200 °C. Bake for 15 minutes.

6. Serve.
