INGREDIENTS
Cashew powder - 120 grams
Milk powder - 2 tablespoons
Sugar powder - 100 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Organic food color (Green color) - 1/2 teaspoon
Warm water - 3 tablespoons
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Gulkand - 320 grams
Cashew powder - 25 grams
Pistachios - 2 tablespoons

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 120 grams cashew powder, 2 tablespoons milk powder, 100 grams sugar powder, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1/2 teaspoon organic food color, 3 tablespoons warm water and mix well to combine.
2. Add 2 tablespoons ghee and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Rest for 10 minutes.
4. In a bowl, add 320 grams gulkand, 25 grams cashew powder, 2 tablespoons pistachios and mix well.
5. Take some mixture in your hand shape it in round.
6. Fill the gulkand mixture in it and roll around the filling. Decorate the kaju paan with silver leaves.
7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
8. Serve.
