Pumpkin Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

Pumpkin slices - 300 grams

Water - 1 litre

Sugar - 400 grams

Cinnamon stick - 2 inch

Star anise - 2

Chocolate - 350 grams

PREPARATION

1. Take 300 grams pumpkin slices and prick them toothpick from all the sides.

2. Heat 1 litre water in a pan, add 400 grams sugar, 2 inch cinnamon stick, 2 star anise and mix well.

3. Bring it to a boil and allow the sugar to melt.

4. Add the pumpkin slices in it and mix well.

5. Cook till it becomes soft.

6. Add 350 grams chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.

7. Place the pumpkin slices on a tray.

8. Pour the melted chocolate over it.

9. Freeze for 3 - 5 minutes.

10. Serve.
