Red Velvet Cake Pops

INGREDIENTS
Milk - 240 milliliters
Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 240 grams
Oil - 180 milliliters
Vanilla - 2 teaspoons
Organic food color - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 260 grams
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
Cream cheese - 6 tablespoons
Melted chocolate

 

PREPARATION


1. Take 240 milliliters milk, add 2 teaspoons vinegar and curdle for 5 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl add 240 grams sugar, 180 milliliters oil and mix.
3. Add 2 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon organic food color and mix well.
4. Add curdle milk, 260 grams all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and mix well to combine.
5. Divide the batter between muffin cups.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake muffins for 10 minutes or until brown.
7. After cake is cooked and cooled completely, crumble into large mixing bowl.
8. Add tablespoons cream cheese and mix.
9. Take small portion of mixture and make small balls.
10. Coat the balls in melted chocolate.
11. Top with sprinkles.
12. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
13. Serve.
