Til Khoa Ke Ladoo

INGREDIENTS
Sesame seeds - 500 grams
Khoa - 500 grams
Powdered sugar - 500 grams
Almonds - 60 grams
Raisins - 60 grams
Green cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - for greasing
Almonds - for garnishing

PREPARATION


1. Dry roast 500 grams sesame seeds until they become light brown.
2. Transfer them into a blender and blend it into a fine powder.
3. Now roast 500 grams khoa until the color changes a bit. Turn off the heat and let the khoa cool down.
4. Transfer the khoa into bowl, add 500 grams powdered sugar, blended mixture, 60 grams almonds, 60 grams raisins, 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom and mix all the ingredients well.
5. Grease your hands with oil.
6. Take a small portion and roll it with both hands to give a round ball shape.
7. Garnish with almonds.
8. Serve.
