INGREDIENTS
Butter - 200 grams
Sugar - 170 grams
Eggs - 4
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 445 grams
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk - 400 milliliters
Cocoa powder - 20 grams
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 90 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams butter, 170 grams sugar and mix it well.
2. Add 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix it again.
3. Now, add 445 grams all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 400 milliliters milk and mix it well to make a thick batter.
4. In a another mixing bowl, add 20 grams cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, 90 milliliters milk and mix it well.
5. Remove two cups of the batter and mix them with the chocolate mixture.
6. Grease and line a parchment paper in round cake pan.
7. Use one tablespoon for each batter to create the layers of batter on the prepared pan. Begin from the middle of the pan, take one spoon of white batter then over it add a spoon of chocolate batter and repeat this steps until all batter has been used. (See Video)
8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
9. Remove from oven and let it cool.
10. Cut it into slices.
11. Serve.
