Baked Chicken Legs

INGREDIENTS
Chicken legs - 6
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Sour cream - 130 milliliters
Garam masala - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Cumin - 1/2 tablespoon
Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
Ground ginger - 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
Paprika - 1 tablespoon
Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

 

PREPARATION


1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each side of the chicken legs.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 130 milliliters sour cream, 1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala, 1/2 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Add the chicken legs in it and mix it well.
4. Marinate the chicken for overnight.
5. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
6. Garnish with coriander.
7. Serve.
