INGREDIENTS
Yogurt - 100 grams
Onions - 60 grams
Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Malt vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Balti garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Tandoori masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Mint - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Lamb - 750 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except lamb and blend it into a smooth puree.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 750 grams lamb, blended mixture and mix it well.
3. Marinate for 4 - 6 hours.
4. Now, place it on a baking tray.
5. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
6. Remove it from oven.
7. Squeeze a lemon over it.
8. Serve hot.
