Basil Prawn Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Prawn - 400 grams
Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Water - 4 tablespoons
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Basil leaves - 30 grams
Corn starch - 2 teaspoons
Water - 1 tablespoon

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic and saute until fragrant.
2. Add 400 grams prawns and stir fry until the prawns turn red.
3. Add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sugar and cook for about 3 - 5 minutes.
4. Add 4 tablespoons water, 1 teaspoon oil, 30 grams basil leaves and mix well.
5. Add corn starch paste in it and mix well.
6. Serve hot.
