Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Broccoli - 200 grams
Mushroom - 180 grams
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 2 teaspoons
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Boneless chicken - 450 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken broth - 60 milliliters
Oyster sauce - 80 milliliters
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil - 2 teaspoons

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pot, add 200 grams broccoli, 180 grams mushroom and cook for 3 - 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
2. Add 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 2 teaspoons ginger paste and stir.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in another pot, add 450 grams boneless chicken, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Add the vegetables to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes or until the vegetables are warmed through.
5. In a bowl, add 60 milliliters chicken broth, 80 milliliters oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 2 teaspoons sesame oil and mix well to combine.
6. Pour the oyster sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Cook 3 - 5 minutes or until sauce has just started to thicken.
7. Serve immediately.
