Chicken Cheese Kebab

INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken - 1 kilogram
Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Red chili - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Yogurt - 180 grams
Roasted gram flour - 2 tablespoons
Processed cheese - 45 grams
Mace powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Nutmeg powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Butter - for brushing
Coriander - for garnishing
Chaat masala - for garnishing
Lemon juice - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 kilogram chicken, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 2 tablespoons red chili, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 10 - 15 minutes.
3. In a bowl, add 180 grams yogurt, 2 tablespoons roasted gram flour, 45 grams processed cheese, 1/4 teaspoon mace powder, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.
4. Add this mixture into the marinated chicken, add 2 tablespoons oil and mix it well.
5. Marinate the chicken again for 1 hour.
6. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
7. Skewer the chicken.
8. Preheat the oven to 480°F/250°C. Grill for 10 - 15 minutes.
9. Take out it from over and basting it with butter.
10. Again grill for 15 minutes on same temperature.
11. Garnish with coriander.
12. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice over it.
13. Serve hot.
