INGREDIENTS

Oil - 110 milliliters

Garlic - 2 teaspoons

Fenugreek seeds powder - 1 teaspoon

Tomato - 170 grams

Fried onions - 30 grams

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Boneless chicken - 700 grams

Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon

Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon

Yogurt - 2 tablespoons

Green chili - 12 grams

Ginger - 15 grams

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Water - 70 milliliters

Fresh cream - 75 grams

Coriander - for garnish

PREPARATION

1. Heat 110 milliliters oil in a deep pan, add 2 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds powder and fry till all the raw smell disappears.

2. Add 170 grams tomato and saute for 3 - 5 minutes or till the tomatoes get soft.

3. Add 30 grams fried onions and saute.

4. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili and mix it well.

5. Add 700 grams boneless chicken, cover and cook 10 - 15 minutes.

6. Add 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, 2 tablespoon yogurt and mix well.

7. Add 12 grams green chili, 15 grams ginger, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix.

8. Add 70 milliliters water, 75 grams fresh cream and mix it well to combine.

9. Garnish with coriander.

10. Serve.
