Chimichurri Chicken

INGREDIENTS

(For Chimichuri Sauce)

Olive oil - 55 milliliters

Garlic - 35 grams

Onions - 65 grams

Red chili - 2 teaspoons

Green chili - 2 teaspoons

Parsley - 25 grams

Spring onions - 30 grams

Coriander - 12 grams

Oregano - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 2 teaspoons

(Rest of the Ingredients)

Boneless chicken - 600 grams

Garlic paste - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons

Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Prepared chimichuri sauce - 70 grams

Oil - for shallow frying

PREPARATION

(For Chimichuri Sauce)

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well. Keep aside.

(Rest of the Preparation)

1. In a mixing bowl, add 600 grams boneless chicken, 2 teaspoons garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 2 teaspoons coriander

powder, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 70 grams prepared chimichuri sauce and mix it well.

2. Marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.

3. Heat some oil in a grill pan and place the marinated chicken pieces on it.

4. Place the prepared chimichuri sauce on top of it.

5. Grill from both sides till golden brown or till the chicken is cooked through.

6. Serve hot.
