PREPARATION
1. Take 4 chicken breast and sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and place the chicken in it.3. Fry over medium high heat for 5 - 7 minute on each side. Keep aside.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in an another pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and saute till golden brown.
5. Add 90 grams onions and fry till translucent.
6. Now, add 30 grams mushrooms and mix well. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes or till the mushrooms are fully cooked.
7. Then, add 110 milliliters chicken stock, 110 grams heavy cream and stir well.
8. Bring it to a boil. Add 40 grams cheddar cheese and mix well.
9. Now, add the cooked chicken breast in it and mix it well.
10. Cook till the gravy thickens.
11. Serve hot with rice.
