Crispy Chicken Balls

INGREDIENTS

Cooked chicken breast - 200 grams

Refined flour - 35 grams

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Bread crumbs - 20 grams

Coriander - 30 grams

Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams

Eggs - 2, divided

PREPARATION

1. Take a bowl, add 200 grams of cooked chicken, 35 grams refined flour, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chili

flakes, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 20 grams bread crumbs, 30 grams coriander, 200 grams mozzarella cheese and 1 egg. Mix the mixture well.

2. Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls. 

3. Dip chicken balls in beaten egg and then roll them in bread crumbs.

4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Add the coated chicken balls to hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

5. Serve with chili sauce or ketchup.
