Crispy Wipsy Shrimps

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Shrimps - 500 grams

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Corn starch - 110 grams

All purpose flour - 75 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

Soda - 500 milliliters

Oil - for frying

Soy sauce - 60 milliliters

Balsamic vinegar - 50 milliliters

Red chili - 1 1/2 teaspoons

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams shrimps, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

2. Marinate it for 45 minutes.

3. In a another mixing bowl, add 110 grams corn starch, 75 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 500 milliliters soda and mix it well.

4. Dip the marinated shrimps in it.

5. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.

6. In a bowl, add 60 milliliters soy sauce, 50 milliliters balsamic vinegar, 1 1/2 teaspoons red chili and mix it well.

7. Serve shrimps with prepared sauce.
