INGREDIENTS
Fish (Sole) - 450 grams
Egg - 1
Corn starch - 2 tablespoons
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 2 teaspoons
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 100 grams
Green chili - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Water - 80 milliliters
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Water - 80 milliliters
Corn starch - 1 teaspoon
Water - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 450 grams fish (Sole), 1 egg, 2 tablespoons corn starch, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 2 teaspoons red chili and mix well to combine.
2. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish pieces till both side become light brown and crispy.
3. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon garlic, 100 grams onions, 1 1/2 teaspoons green chili and saute until fragrant.
4. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 80 milliliters water and mix well.
5. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 80 milliliters water and stir.
6. Add corn starch paste in it and mix well.
7. Add the fried fish pieces in it and mix well to combine.
8. Garnish with coriander.
9. Serve.
