Garlic Soy Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Brown sugar - 65 grams
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 45 milliliters
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Boneless chicken - 650 grams
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds - for garnishing
Spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 65 grams brown sugar, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 45 milliliters soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon oil and mix it well.
2. In a another mixing bowl, add 650 grams boneless chicken and pour the brown sugar mixture in it. Mix it well.
3. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a heavy pot, add the marinated chicken in it.
5. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes or till the chicken is cooked through.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
7. Serve hot.
