Grilled Pan Lemon Yogurt Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Yogurt - 155 grams
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Chicken - 830 grams
Yogurt - 155 grams
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Harissa mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for shallow fry
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 155 grams yogurt, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon garlic, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Add 830 grams chicken and mix it well.
3. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
4. In a bowl, add 155 grams yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon harissa mayonnaise and mix it well.
5. Heat some oil in a grilled pan, place the refrigerated chicken on it.
6. Cook till it turns brown from all sides and chicken is no longer pink in the centre.
7. Serve with prepared yogurt sauce.
