Honey BBQ Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 250 grams
Black pepper - 2 teaspoons
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Chicken wings - 700 grams
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Barbecue sauce - 140 grams
Honey - 200 grams
Coal
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and mix well.
2. Add 700 grams chicken wings and coat them well with flour mixture.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a heavy skillet, add 140 grams barbecue sauce and stir well. Add 200 grams honey and mix well.
5. Add fried chicken wings and coat them well with the sauce.
6. Give coal smoke for 3 - 5 minutes. (See video)
7. Garnish with sesame seeds.
8. Serve.
