Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper - 2 teaspoons
Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 teaspoons

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Red pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
Parsley powder - 2 tablespoons

Chicken breasts - 3
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning - 3 teaspoons
Sauce
Mayonnaise - 115 grams
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning - 2 teaspoons
Assembling Taco
Tortilla
Lettuce
Cilantro
PREPARATION
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon
ground allspice, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons parsley powder.
2. Mix all the ingredients well.
Taco
1. In a another mixing bowl, add a chicken breast, add 3 tablespoons jamaican jerk seasoning and mix well.
2. Place the chicken on baking dish.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C and bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
4. Slice the chicken into strips.
Sauce
1. In a bowl, add 115 grams mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons jamaican jerk seasoning and mix well.
Assembling Taco
1. Place lettuce on tortilla. Top with chicken, cilantro and then drizzle with sauce.
2. Serve with fresh lime wedges for drizzling on tacos.
