INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken - 800 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
White pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 10 grams
Green chili - 3
Ginger 1 1/2 teaspoons
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Processed cheese - 65 grams
Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons
Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Corn flour - 40 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Ghee - for brushing
Chaat masala - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 800 grams chicken, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon white pepper powder and mix it well.
2. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
3. In a blender, add 10 grams coriander, 3 green chili, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic and blend well.
4. Transfer this mixture into a bowl, add 65 grams processed cheese, 2 tablespoons fresh cream, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 40 grams corn flour, 1 teaspoons alt and mix it well.
5. Marinate the chicken for overnight.
6. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
7. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces.
8. Preheat the oven to 250°F/480°C. Bake for 8 minutes.
9. Brush it with ghee and flip them, brush it again.
10. Again bake for 8 minutes.
11. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top of it.
12. Serve hot with chutney.
