Peshawari Mutton

INGREDIENTS
Ghee - 3 tablespoons
Mutton with bone - 1 kilogram
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Tomato - 450 grams
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. Heat 3 tablespoons ghee in a heavy skillet, add 1 kilogram mutton with bone and mix well.
2. Add 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and fry for 5 minutes on high heat.
3. Cover it with lid and cook for 20 minutes.
4. Keep stirring in between.
5. Add 450 grams tomato. Again cover it with lid and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes.
6. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and mix well.
7. Cook for another 45 minutes until everything comes together.
8. Add 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix well to combine.
9. Serve hot.
