Salsa Chicken
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast - 700 grams
Taco seasoning - 2 tablespoons
Salsa - 290 grams
Cheddar cheese - to taste
Sou cream - for garnishing
Spring onions - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 700 grams chicken breast, 2 tablespoons taco seasoning and mix it well.
2. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
3. Place it on a baking tray.
4. Spread 290 grams salsa on top it.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
6. Remove it from oven and spread cheddar cheese on top of it.
7. Again bake for 5 minutes or till the cheese is melted.
8. Remove it from oven.
9. Garnish with sour cream and spring onions.
10. Serve hot.
