INGREDIENTS
Oil - 80 milliliters
Onions - 150 grams
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 2 teaspoons
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken masala - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chicken - 720 grams
Water - 150 milliliters
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 80 milliliters oil in a deep pan, add 150 grams onions and fry till translucent.
2. Add 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 tablespoon ginger paste and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
3. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
4. Then, add 2 teaspoons red chili, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon chicken masala, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
5. Add 720 grams chicken and mix it well.
6. Then, add 150 milliliters water and stir well.
7. Cover it with lid and cook for 40 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
8. Garnish with coriander.
9. Serve hot.
