Soya Keema Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Water -1 litre
Soya granules - 100 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Onions - 80 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 70 grams
Green peas - 80 grams
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 3 tablespoons
Bread slices
Butter
Ketchup
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 litre water in a pot, add 100 grams soya granules and bring it to a boil.
2. Boil for 5 minutes.
3. Remove it from heat. Drain and squeeze them well.
4. Keep side.
5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a another pot, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
6. Then, add 80 grams onions and fry till translucent.
7. Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
8. Now, add 70 grams bell pepper, 80 grams green peas, 2 teaspoons green chili and saute the veggies for 7 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
9. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
10. Then, add the boiled soya granules and mix it well.
11. Now, add 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it again.
12. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on low heat.
13. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 3 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
14. Remove it from heat.
15. Take 2 bread slices and spread butter on one slice.
16. Spread ketchup on the other slice.
17. Now, place the prepared stuffing on one of the bread slice.
18. Cover it with the butter bread slice.
19. Place it on a grill machine and brush it with butter.
20. Close the machine and grill for 4 - 5 minutes or until it turns golden brown and crispy.
21. Remove the sandwich from it.
22. Cut it into half.
23. Serve hot with ketchup.
Paneer Bhurji Sandwich
