Masala Peanut

INGREDIENTS
Peanuts - 380 grams
Gram flour - 60 grams
Rice flour - 40 grams
Turmeric - 1/8 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 tablespoon
Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Minced garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 80 milliliters
Ghee - 2 teaspoons
Oil - for frying

 

PREPARATION


1. In a pan dry roast 380 grams peanuts for 7 - 8 minutes.
2. Transfer it into a bowl, add 60 grams gram flour, 40 grams rice flour, 1/8 teaspoons turmeric, 1 tablespoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida, 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 80 milliliters water, 2 teaspoons ghee and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Deep fry the peanuts in oil in medium heat and try to separate the peanuts as far as possible with the spoon.
4. Cook until they become golden brown in color. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
5. Serve it with tea.
