INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour - 300 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Water - 150 milliliters

Pickle masala

Oil - for brushing

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons oil, 150 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

2. Rest the dough for 20 minutes.

3. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.

4. Now, spread pickle on it.

5. Then, start folding it into strips and roll back it into round shape.

6. Dust with flour and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.

7. Now, place it on a hot tawa and cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.

8. Flip it gently and spread some oil over it.

9. Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.

10. Then, flip it again and spread some oil on other side too.

11. Cook till it turns brown from both sides.

12. Serve hot with dahi.
