INGREDIENTS

Ghee - 120 grams

Powdered sugar - 180 grams

Baking powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Wheat flour - 300 grams

Milk - 120 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 120 grams, 120 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.

2. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 300 rams wheat flour, 120 milliliters milk and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

3. Take a biscuit maker and place a portion of the dough inside it.

4. Tighten the lid and press the biscuit maker to prepare the biscuit shape.

5. Place all the cookies 1 inch apart on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

7. Serve.
