INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Boiled potatoes - 500 grams
Water - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and stir.
2. Add 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and sauce for few seconds.
3. Add 500 grams boiled potatoes, 2 tablespoons water, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well so that spices coat the potatoes.
4. Cover it with lid and cook on low heat for 5 - 7 minutes.
5. Garnish with coriander.
6. Serve hot.
