INGREDIENTS TO TASTE
Bread
Butter

(Dressing)
Boiled potatoes
Red chili powder
Chaat masala
Salt
Onions chopped
Tomato chopped
Raw mango
Red chutney
Green Chutney
Sev

 

PREPARATION


1. Take bread slices and remove the brown edges using a sharp knife.
2. Cut into a medium size round shape using a circle ring.
3. Heat a non stick pan. Toast bread slices till lightly crispy and golden brown.
4. Spread some butter on the toasted bread and place them on serving plate.
5. Place one slice on each toasted bread. Sprinkle some red chili, Chaat masala, Salt.
6. Put some chopped onions, chopped tomato, chopped raw mango and sprinkle some more red chili, chaat masala, salt on top.
7. Top it with green chutney, sev and red chutney.
8. Take a toasted edges, dip in red chutney and roll in sev.
9. Serve.
