INGREDIENTS
Bread crumbs - 100 grams
Onions - 80 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Spinach - 118 grams
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Mint - 1 tablespoon
Rice flour - 45 grams
Cashews - 10
Water

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl add 100 grams bread crumbs, 80 grams onions, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 118 grams spinach, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon mint, 45 grams rice flour, 10 cashews, water and mix well to combine.
2. Take some mixture on your hand and shape them into round shape.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
4. Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
