INGREDIENTS
Boiled corn - 150 grams
Boiled mashed potatoes - 250 grams
Onions - 60 grams
Green chilli - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Bread slices
Water
Oil

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams boiled corn, 250 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 60 grams onions, 1 teaspoon green chilli, 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.
2. Take bread slices and remove the brown edges using a sharp knife.
3. Take a slice of bread and dampen it with water, squeeze the water from the bread.
4. Place the filling in the centre of the bread.
5. Roll the bread and close the edges.
6. Transfer it to baking sheet and brush it with oil.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
8. Serve.
