Bread Rolls
Servings - 2 - 3

 

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 4 tablespoons, divided
Onions - 70 grams
Boiled green peas - 120 grams
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin - 3/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Mashed boiled potatoes - 240 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Water 
Bread Slices

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 70 grams onions and stir. Add 120 grams boiled green peas and mix well.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 3/4 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
3. Add 240 grams mashed boiled potatoes, 1 tablespoon coriander and again mix well to combine.
4. Take a slice of bread and dampen it with water, squeeze the water from the bread.
5. Place the filling in the centre of the bread.
6. Roll the bread and close the edges.
7. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan. Fry the bread rolls till they become crisp and golden in colour.
8. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
9. Serve hot with ketchup.
