Grated broccoli - 300 grams
Cheddar cheese - 50 grams
Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
Spring onions - 25 grams
Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oats - 60 grams
Bread crumbs - 30 grams
Eggs - 3
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Take some mixture in your hand and shape them into a lemon sized balls.
3. Place them on baking tray and spread some oil oil on top of it.
4. Preheat the oven to 390°F/200 °C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
