INGREDIENTS
Grated broccoli - 180 grams
Mozzarella cheese - 75 grams
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 15 grams
Psyllium husk - 25 grams
Oil - for greasing
Oil - for shallow fry
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
2. Grease your hands with oil.
3. Take some mixture in your hand and shape them into a Tikki.
4. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry these till golden brown from all sides.
5. Serve.
