Chapati Noodles

INGREDIENTS
Chapatiʼs - 3
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 70 grams
Carrot - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 80 grams
Cabbage - 90 grams
Ketchup - 70 milliliters
Red chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION


1. Stack Chapatiʼs one above the other. Cut into thin strips using a sharp knife.
2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon garlic, 70 grams onions and stir until they brown.
3. Add 50 grams carrot, 80 grams bell pepper, 90 grams cabbage and cook 3- 5 minutes.
4. Add 70 milliliters ketchup, 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well to combine.
5. Add chapati strips and mix well. Cook 8 - 10 minutes.
6. Serve.
