Paneer - 130 grams
Processed cheese - 80 grams
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 teaspoons
All purpose flour - 260 grams
Carom seeds - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 60 milliliters
Water - 150 milliliters
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 130 grams grated paneer, 80 grams processed cheese, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon red chili, 2 teaspoons cumin powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 2 teaspoons coriander and mix it well. Keep aside.
2. In a another mixing bowl, add 260 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon carom seeds, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 60 milliliters oil, 150 millilites water and knead it
into a smooth soft dough.
3. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
4. Take a ball from dough and dust it with all purpose flour.
5. Flatten it with the help of rolling pin.
6. Place some prepared paneer stuffing in the centre.
7. Close the edges completely, so the mixture doesn’t come out.
8. Flatten it with you hand a little bit.
9. Heat sufficient oil in a pot and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.
10. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
11. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
