Cheesy Crunchy Potato Donuts

INGREDIENTS
Cheese spread - 2 tablespoons
Cheese - 1 tablespoon
Cheese slices - 3
Milk - 2 tablespoons
Boiled potatoes - 600 grams
Bread crumbs - 120 grams
Green chili - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 3 tablespoons
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
(Dressing)
Cream - to taste
Oregano - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoons cheese spread, 1 tablespoon cheese, 3 cheese slices, 2 tablespoons milk and mix well.
2. In a another mixing bowl add 600 grams boiled potatoes, 120 grams bread crumbs, 2tablespoons green chili, 3 tablespoons coriander, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder and knead into a smooth soft dough.
3. Take a medium size ball from the dough.
4. Roll the ball into small circle.
5. Cut into a medium size round shape using a circle ring.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
7. Top with cream, oregano and chilli flakes.
8. Serve.
