Chicken Keema Bread Rolls

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Onions - 80 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Chicken Keema - 450 grams
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Boiled potatoes - 250 grams
Mint - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Bread slices
Beaten eggs - for dipping
Bread crumbs - for dipping
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and stir well.
2. Add 80 grams onions and fry till they turn translucent.
3. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon cumin powder and saute for 2 minutes. Keep aside and leave it to cool.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a another pan, add 450 grams chicken keema, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook on high stirring until the chicken is nicely browned.
5. In a mixing bowl, add the onions mixture, cooked keema, 250 grams boiled potatoes, 2 tablespoons mint, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
6. Take a bread slice, cut its edges and flattened the bread slice with a rolling pin.
7. Stuff the mixture and roll it. Now dip it in the beaten eggs and roll them in bread crumbs.
8. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and fry till golden brown.
9. Serve hot with ketchup.
