Chilli Cheese Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Green chili - 2
Garlic cloves - 4
Peanuts - 2 tablespoons
Sev - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 10 grams
Corn - 80 grams
Yogurt - 60 grams
Butter
Bread slices
Cheese slice

 

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 2 green chili, 4 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons peanuts, 2 tablespoons sev, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 10 grams coriander and blend it into a paste.
2. Take a mixing bowl, add 80 grams corn, peanut coriander paste, 60 grams yogurt and mix well.
3. Take 2 bread slices spread butter on both slices.
4. Spread corn mixture on it and top with a cheese slice.
5. Close it with another slice of bread.
6. Apply butter on the top of the surface.
7. Place it on a tawa and cover it with a lid. Cook for 1 minute.
8. Cut it into half.
9. Serve.
