Corn Cheese Balls
Servings - 3 - 4

 

INGREDIENTS
Boiled potatoes - 170 grams
Sweet corn - 220 grams
Mozzarella cheese - 70 grams
All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Red chilli - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Black pepper - 3/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
All purpose flour
Water
Bread crumbs

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl add 170 grams boiled potatoes, 220 grams sweet corn and mash them.
2. Add 70 grams mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon grams all purpose flour, 1 1/2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 3/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
3. Take small portion of mixture and make small balls and keep them aside.
4. Take a mixing bowl , add all purpose flour and water. Mix it well.
5. Dip the cheese balls in all flour mixture and roll them in bread crumbs.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
7. Serve.
