Creamy Egg Roll

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoons
Onions - 40 grams
Cabbage - 40 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
Eggs - 2
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Tortilla
Mayonnaise - to taste

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 40 grams and stir well.
2. Add 40 grams cabbage, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix well.
3. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes and keep aside.
4. In a bowl, add 2 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt and whisk well.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan, add the egg mixture to make an omelette. Flip it to cook the other side.
6. Now put a tortilla over it.
7. Spread mayonnaise over the omelette. Add the cooked mixture over it and roll.
8. Serve.
